The MEP Cardiovascular Health Group serves as a forum which provides MEPs with an opportunity to generate dialogue, outreach and activities at EU and Member State level. It is made up of MEPs who have an interest in promoting measures that will help reduce the burden of CVD in Europe and raise CVD as a priority on the EU political agenda. The Secretariat of this Group is managed by EACH.

- We aim for balanced representation across political parties, gender, Committees and nationalities
- 2 events per year
- Commitment to ensure that dossiers within remit feature actions on cardiovascular health
- Political ambassador to improve cardiovascular health and patient outcomes in Europe
- Communication both at EU and national level via EACH memberships on the activities of MEPs though e.g., spotlight videos, news articles
